Hair loss problems

As a result our hair is sleek, silky but hard to style. Besides, it looks a bit oily. Our hopes are ruined and we think that we’ve become just a next victim of advertising. We don’t believe in treatments any more and complain everybody about the ‘bad’ experience we had. Though the problem is not in the treatment actually. It is in you. Using a rich shampoo and conditioner designed especially for dry, damaged hair will smooth the ragged cuticles and help your locks retain moisture. As you wash and condition your hair, massage your scalp so it can benefit from the moisturizing properties of the shampoo and conditioner. Dry hair is often the result of a dry scalp, so be sure to treat your scalp to a dose of moisturizing treatment, too. For extra dry hair, consider skipping shampoo altogether and only using conditioner in the shower. Washing hair everyday is not necessary, and can aggravate dryness. Shampoo only when needed, every two or three days. This way, your scalp will have time to produce natural oils which will protect your scalp and hair. Mix 2 tablespoons honey with 1/2 cup olive oil, the juice of half a lemon, 2 tablespoons lemon extract and 2 tablespoons wheatgerm. Adjust the amounts depending on the length of your hair. Apply the mixture to your hair, focusing on the dry parts, such as the tips of the hair. Allow to sit for 20 or 30 minutes, then rinse and shampoo. Hot Oil Treatment: While many drugstores and salons sell their own versions of oil treatments, this is an easy procedure you can do at home. You likely have the ingredients in your kitchen cabinet. Depending on the length of your hair, pour one or two cups of olive oil into a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for several seconds, and touch the oil to make sure it's warm, but not hot. Dip your hands into the bowl and smooth the oil through your hair. Leave the oil on your hair for 20 to 30 minutes, then shampoo out. Avocado & Egg Yolk Treatment: Avocado and egg are both rich in healthy fats. They can benefit your hair the same way they benefit your health. This avocado and egg mix has moisturizing properties. Depending on the length of your hair, mix one or two egg yolks and one mashed avocado. Add a dollop of mayonnaise for an extra-rich treatment. Apply to the hair with fingers, and leave on for 15 minutes. Rinse and shampoo as you might wrongly recognize your hair as damaged or you have over-used the treatment and your hair has become over-conditioned. The most amazing thing for me is that many ladies just don’t know what the damaged hair is like; they are unaware of the signs of damaged hair. This article will give you some clues to understand whether you have a problem of damaged hair or not. Not too long ago I had a misfortunate coloring date with a hairdresser which left my hair very dry and damaged, not to mention the completely wrong shade of blonde my hair was white. Choosing the right shampoo and conditioner is essential for healthy hair. Dry, damaged hair requires shampoo and conditioners with extra moisturizers.
